Matt Richter-Sand has an extensive background in technology and entrepreneurship. After graduating from Tulane University with degrees in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Political Science, he joined the U.S. Air Force as a Communications Officer. While stationed at Edwards Air Force Base in California, Matt was responsible for all core IT services.

After a brief stint in Corporate America, Matt decided to pursue his passion for entrepreneurship full time. Since then, he has consulted with entrepreneurs, invested in early-stage companies at two Los Angeles-based investment firms, and founded three companies of his own. Of the three companies, one was a "lesson learned," one was successfully sold, and he's in the early stages of building the third. In addition, he actively advises and consults with early-stage companies.

Matt earned a MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, and teaches courses in entrepreneurship at UCLA Extension.
